Engineer Fereidoun Pakravan
Directing Manager

Mr. Pakravan has held the position of the Directing Manager at Mina for the past 25 years. Educated in the United States of America, Mr.Pakravan has been an influential person in determining this company’s destiny. After the revolution, Iran’s economy has gone through many upheavals. Also, the 8 year war between Iran & Iraq, has nor helped the situation.

The inflation rate has been going up continuously. Laws and regulations for business & industry have been changed numerous times. All this has made it very difficult to stay focused on company’s original goals & mission. However, Mr. Pakravan has been able to do so and move the company forward through the ups & downs.

Handling the finances, meeting with the ministries involved, purchasing new machinery, directing the staff, matters of distributions of products, negotiating with officials involved, etc, are among a few tasks he deals with on a daily basis.

Mr. Pakravan is also on the Board of Directors.

Mrs. Fariba Pakravan
Factory Manager
Educated in Paris, France from Jean Gatinaue School of Cosmetics, she has been a valuable asset for our company in many regards.

First, she has helped our Cosmetics Department to improve the concepts as well as packaging ideas. But, the most important role she has played at Mina is building a bridge between the personnel and the management. Her presence dissolves all conflict, which reassures every body, encouraging open discussions & cooperation.

Mrs. Pakravan works directly with our Production Managers. Our Technical staff, the Directing Manager, as well as all the personnel.

She brings peace and harmony to our work place and we appreciate and honor her for that.
 

Dr. Afshin Lotfi
Cosmetic Department Production Manager

DR. Lotfi was graduated in 1993 from Tehran University, School of Pharmacy. His doctorate thesis is on Dermopharmacy. He has been active in the fields of General Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Dermopharmacy and Hospital pharmacy.

As of 1998, Mina has had the privilege to have Dr. Lotfi as its highly creative, innovative & brilliant staff in the Cosmeceutical sciences, active both in developing formulation as well as running the Research department.

Dr. Zhinous Saeedi
Pharmaceutical Production Manager
Dr. Zhinous Saeedi is our cherished production manager in the pharmaceutical department. She has received her doctorate in pharmacy from Azad University in 1998.

Dr. Saeedi’s thesis has been on the kinetic & the Bio-availability of 20 ml Capsules of Emperazol in the Iranian Population.

Dr. Saeedi has managed the Quality Control Labs at Mehr Darou Pharmaceutical Company for 3.5 years.
She has also been active at the Ministry of Health as a Quality Control agent.

Dr. Saeedi’s papers have been published in American Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmacology, Iranian Archive of Medicine, Medicine Today, etc

She has been a speaker of two International Physiology & Pharmacology Seminars.

Dr. Saeedi has numerous certifications in many fields such as ISO 9001,2000- ISO 19011, GMP, GLP (from WHO) etc.
